Question Is upgrade worth for it?

Hello,

Should I upgrade from r3 3100 (overlocked to 4.4ghz) to r5 5600x?
It´s paider with RX580 8GB Sapphire Nitro+.

Most of time I spend by playing Insurgency Sandstorm (Unreal engine 4) - will I get more fps?

Your RX580 will most likely hold back the 5600x. Not sure how much.

I doubt you'll get the FPS increase seen here, since they're on a much better GPU, but this just goes to show that the R3 3100 can definitely hold back your FPS.

Although it's a different GPU, and the increase won't be exactly the same, you can expect an increase in the region of 20%+ in FPS.

Yes a 5600X is worth it even with an RX 580. Red Dead 2, Ghost Recon Wildlands/Breakpoint, Battlefield V, Assassin's Creed Odyssey can all be played with a 580 but are prone to stuttering and frame drops on a 4C/4T chip. Have no idea about the game you ask about though.
