[SOLVED] Is used 200$ GTX 1070 a good deal?

I got a good deal on an used GTX 1070 and it costs only 200$. Should I get the card or buy a new GTX 1660 Super? My concerns are that it will be running hot and I don't know how much slower GDDR5 is than GDDR6.
The card is MSI GTX 1070 Armor 8 GB

Is $200 your top budget?

The price seems fair...not great not bad....just average. but if your budget is slightly bigger I would go with a used RTX 2060. its a little bit more future proof. It runs Vulcan and DX12 games better and can take advantage of DLSS 2.0 which going forward can be nice. They sell used for $280 to $320 right now.....

I'd go with the 1660 Super.
It's about as fast.
It costs about the same.
....but it's not used.
