Is Viewsonic VX2209 good?

hey im trying to buy an ips panel since i havent change my monitor for 5 years and i want to change it to an ips panel , i mainly play csgo and do photo editing and if anyone use this monitor or something similar do you have any problem with it?(Like ghosting or ips glow)

No the screen is not that good. Also its not IPS just LED.

thx but it's kind of out of my budget will this monitor peform the same? AOC I2267FW 21.5"
ow and do you recommend AOC over LG and ACER if yes why?

I'm simply comparing specifications, between AOC and that viewsonic, as far as LG and ACER it really comes down to lots of variables such as specifications again since each model may vary. Thus the reason why AOC is a better option at the moment. If its out of your budget, what is your budget then perhaps there maybe something to consider as alternative?
