Here is what I see on the side of the PSU. (ATX-600-W)

AC Input:
Voltage 220V
Current 3A
Frequency 50-60Hz

DC Output:
Orange +3.3V / 35A
Yellow +12V / 25A
Blue -12V / 0.8A
Red +5 / 40A
White -5V / -
Purple +5Vsb / 3A
Black COM / -
Green PS-on / -
Gray PG / -

MAX: 550W / MAX: 600W

I don't know what these mean. Anyone can help?

Currently I'm using A6-3500 APU
RX 560 no 6-pin
4x2 DDR3 1333 RAM
Stock Cooler and 1 fan
SATA 7.2 RPM 500GB

Planning to upgrade to Athlon ii x4 651K. And 1 SSD. Can my PSU handle it?

I've been trying to get my hands on a CX550 but no luck.

How about VS450? Is this any good or at least just to replace my generic psu?

Or any other psu good out there?
Well, it is the bottom of the line for Corsair, but still better than what you have now. Try to find a CV450, one step up from the VS, if you can.
