Is wearing gloves unnecessary when building computers?

Hello, I'm about to make my first build soon but I wanted to ask if I should probably wear gloves when building computers to prevent electric discharge and oils from fingers staining components? If so, what type of gloves would be recommended, latex anti-static gloves I assume? I already have an anti-static mat and bracelet though so would gloves be unnecessary? Thank you for your time. :)

Solution
No need for gloves, in fact they would be a hindrance.

No real need for an earthing wrist-strap either which is also a hindrance.

Just remember to keep touching bare metal on the inside of the case occasionally, that's all I ever do.
I never killed anything yet doing that.
