I have Geforce GTX 960 SSC, intel core i5 4460, asrock h97 anniversary motherboard, and ASUS PCE-N15 PCI-E Adapter Wireless-N?

Why wouldn't it be?
I run a gtx 780, 4770k and a z87 and im on Windows 10. Should be just fine. You will probably need to download the driver for your wireless card first though. https://www.asus.com/Networking/PCEN15/HelpDesk_Download/ then select Windows 10.
