Is Windows 10 Downloading?

I don't know if Windows 10 is downloading. There is the folder $WINDOWS.~BT but it only consists of the Sources folder that's like 100kb or something. I don't know if it's downloading since i use the Media Creation Tool about 2 hours earlier. I just need to confirm that Windows 10 is downloading.
