Is Windows 7 Ultimate Black?

I was going to get Windows 7 Pro, but seeing some screenshots of Ultimate in black looked really awesome. I am willing to spend the difference for Ultimate, but want to be sure that it is black. So is Windows 7 Ultimate black by default? If not, how would I change the settings? Thank you a lot!

there is no any version of ultimate black . . but in settings of 7 ultimate (visual settings) you can do it easily

Just the retail package is black.
