[SOLVED] Is windows update error 0x800f081f a serious error?

Solution
So when do you get that error? startup or just randomly?

how much free space on hdd?

If drive is healthy, it has to be windows I guess

right click start button

choose powershell (admin)

copy/paste this command into window:

Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth
and press enter

Then type SFC /scannow
and press enter

First command repairs the files SFC uses to clean files, and SFC fixes system files

SFC = System File Checker. First command runs DISM - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-hardware/manufacture/desktop/what-is-dism?view=windows-11

is this normal?

im running it now, the ooo keep being added until it hits the bracket at other side of screen, it might not reach it actually as mine stopped about half way.

results you want are
Online: True
ImageHealthstate: Healthy
RestartNeeded: False

though last isn't so bad, as a restart just probably lets it make changes it can't while running.

it can/might download files from internet if it needs to

Still adding o's, let me hope for the best. Would this help with boot time or not? Booting takes me on a Please wait... screen for 15-30 mins.
