Is Xilence or Deepcool CPUs fans good?

Hello everyone!Im building a rig,and I need a good CPU cooler.I went with air cooling since its cheaper and easier to install.And where I live there's no Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo,Cryorig or Arctic Freezer.There's only Deepcool and Xilence.
The models that I picked were:
Xilence M606 and Deepcool Lucifer K2.There also more expensive Deepcool Lucifer V2 and Xilence M612 Pro.
Anyone knows?Any suggestions?Thanks!
P.S Getting CPU coolers from Amazon or other country's online shop,will be quite hard to get and painful.

Forgot to ask.Will it be compatible with new Kaby Lake mobos?And if you know will it be compatible with up-coming AM4 mobos?about AM4 mobos just asking from curiosity.
