Is Zalman ZM600-GV good?

I am building a PC for my brother. It will have an fx-6300 and a GTX 960. I want to get all my components from the same store and the one that sells all the other parts cheapest only has this PSU in stock. Is it good enough for my system? I live in New Zealand so I can't get PSUs like EVGA or Seasonic without paying a lot more.
