Compatible? Yes! Do you have enough juice? That depends on your PSU's 12V rail. Basically that card requires a minimum of 230 Watts to power it and you can see if your PSU can handle that by multiplying it's Amperage by 12 (Because GPU's are powered using the 12 volt rail) For instance mine has 45 Amps on the 12 volt rail, thus 540 watts of power available.

Remember this formula for future use (W)attage=(A)mperage X (V)oltage. Good luck!

thank you for the reply i will be getting corsair vs650 is it good?
and can you please see the image of asus M5A88-M 880G chipset mother board and Zotac GTX 770 Dual fan and tell me weather it will fit in the motherboard or not and do i have to update my bios to run zotac GTX 770?
Thank you so much<3

You do not need to update the BIOS to run that card. You will of course need to install the appropriate Nvidia drivers for the card though. The Zotac GPU will fit your board no problem. The only issue I can see would be if you have a case that does not have enough clearance for the length of the card, but since it's not an extremely long card, about 266mm for most Zotac GTX 770 models, it's probably ok. You should double check by measuring from the rear (Inside) of the case to where the hard drive bays would interfere with the length of the card towards the front.

The PSU you chose is another story on two fronts.

One, it's a tier 3 unit, and is not really recommended for a high end gaming rig with a top shelf card like the GTX 770 OR for any system that has overclocked components.

Two, it only comes with 2 6 pin PCI cables and the GTX 770 needs one 6 pin cable and one 8 pin cable. You CAN use the molex adapters that come with the GPU, to connect using the four pin molex power cable coming from the PSU, but using molex adapters is not a recommended method of powering a gaming card like that. I'd highly recommend a better PSU. Something Tier 2B or higher on the list I linked to above. Any of THOSE units should have the necessary cabling AND be of sufficient quality to ensure you have no troubles with your system.

Thank you for the explanation :)
How about Coolermaster Thunder 600W or Corsair GS600W

and will my Motherboard bottle neck the GPU?
thanks

I would NOT use the Coolermaster Thunder, it's an inferior unit. The Corsair GS series PSU really isn't too great either, but it's better than the Thunder.

Where are you located and what online vendors are you able to purchase from? It seems you haven't looked at the tier list I recommended you pick a unit from but it may be you are from India or another region where your selection options are very limited so I'd be able to help you better if I knew the selection you had available to you and your budget for the unit.
