[SOLVED] ISDone.dll error does not match checksum...unarc error code -12

Guys,for couple of days i have not been able to install some games on my computer due to the "ISDone.dll error does not match checksum...unarc error code -12" error popping up every time during the installation.Surprisingly, i was able to install one of the games 3 weeks ago..on the same computer..now i cannot even install that particular game.
I checked in internet for a solution and found out that it's a Ram or HDD issue..so could someone please clarify what's causing the problem?

You can run MEMTEST -- https://www.memtest86.com/ to see if it is a memory problem.

I think i am pretty sure that it's RAM problem..i am using really old two sticks of ddr3 ram.
