Which disc image format contains data as complete and original as possible?
I believe that ISO could lose something compared to the original disc, is it?

If the data migration/formatting process isn't corrupt, then any format is good to go. ISO's can also fall victim to corruption if your disc is damaged(with scratches) or if the ISO is stored onto a portion of your HDD that has a bad sector.

I'd like to make a few copies of my discs for personal use in case of physical damage over time, not pirated. The original discs aren't copy-protected, however, they may contain different sound tracks of different languages,
subtitles. Is ISO good to keep everything as original as possible?
