Question ISO White PC Case. 11" height max and Type C interface ?

I am looking to build a pc and I want to mount it underneath my desk. I initially wanted a node style PC but since its going to be performance intensive I'll go a little bit bigger. I settled on having it be 12" max in height.I also want a type-C or thunderbolt interface. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

This is where your question is overly simplistic. It greatly matters what mother board and cpu you are looking at. If you plan to put a video card in something like a 4090 or 4080 is going to take up a huge amount of space.

The USB C is very common it is just getting a motherboard that has the port and a case that has a port if you can not just use the port on the back of the motherboard.

So would you consider laying the computer on its side to reduce the height.

I suspect the only way you are going to get 12 inches is to go to m-ITX motherboards. m-atx motherboards are 9.6 inches. This leave you with only 2.5 inches for the metal of the case and any extra space say for a fan or cables.
