ISP dropping service

I have a buddy that I'm helping get a small office off the ground. He several connections to his router - some wired, most wireless. About 2 weeks ago, he moved offices and this Internet drop out began plaguing him immediately. It seems to be worse in the afternoons for some reason and so far, everything on the computer NIC is set for automatic. His ISP set up his router but I'm curious if it might help switching channels or checking to see if there's an "on demand" setting that could be changed.

Anyway, I thought I'd post here for some ideas. He thought it was his Wifi but then a couple of machines that are wired drop too so... Appreciate any ideas. Seems to drop every 20 minutes or so but haven't actually timed it to see if there's a routine.

If his ISP provider setup the network and configure the router. Check all the router configuration, maybe they configure something that makes all clients disconnected at a given time. If there is none, call the service provider and re-check the physical line from Modem to their POP.
