ISP withholding PPPoE Username and Password

I need my PPPoE Username and Password. People Said to contact their isp to get that information, however when i emailed them they said I wasn't allowed to have it because of 'company policy'. My current ISP is Call Flow solutions.

Any help will be appreciated

Call Flow: very high on the list of worst ISPs on the entire planet.

Sorry but we cannot help you with this issue and if they won't, then change providers IF you have any choice. If not, try elevating the problem to a higher level in the company.
