Question Issue after installing graphics card

I have installed a new graphics card gtx 1060 6gb to my motherboard 78LMT USB3. Earlier it had gtx 650ti. I have 8 gb of RAM AND 550W Corsair PSU.

But now whenever I start to play any game my PC completely shutsdown as if someone unplug it.

Please help what do I need to do

How old is the PSU, and how much usage has it had? The issue seems to be PSU related. At least that would be the most obvious thing. The GTX 1060 is a higher wattage card than the GTX 650 (120W vs 64W). Unless the GTX 1060 is just defective. Used or new?

Does the machine still work normally if you use the GTX 650?

The PSU is 5 years old. Yes the machine is working fine when I have re inserted the 650 and played those games only which was not running while 1060 was there.And the 1060 is new only.
