Question issue but unsure what the problem is

First will post my specs then the problem.

MB - ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F
GPU - RX 390 8gb
CPU - Ryzen 5 5600x 4.6ghz

Have 1 stick of G.Skill Aegis 16gb 3200

So i left my computer downloading/installing Microsoft flight sim 2020. came back a couple hours later with my computer being un responsive, black screens and no lights on keyboard/mouse. I was unable to use the restart button or even the power button, had to unplug from mains. Now replugged in and tried to start up. but still black screens and no lights in keyboard/mouse. fans are working on cpu/case but not on the GPU. There is a orange light showing on the mother board. i've tried moving the ram to different slots with no success even reset the bios.

I'm really stumped what to do next, hoping someone here has some ideas!

Firstly, although you may be able to launch MSFS2020 it won't be playable on your system.
Secondly, your system becoming unresponsive had nothing to do with downloading the game. It sounds like you have hardware issues. What OS are you using? Do you have any other games that you've been playing?

What is the make and model of your power supply?

Try using either method here to reset bios settings to default.

Also, try removing the stick of ram and reinstalling it, making sure it firmly clicks

Using windows 10, and i've played MSFS2020 before with no problems

As said above already tried to move ram around, also already tried to reset the bios, and my PSU is Thermaltake SMART RGB PS-SPR-0700NHSAWE

Unplug all disks and discs.....test.

If no help unplug the monitor....test.
