So im trying to do a fresh install on my new NVME SSD. However nothing I do has worked. Below is everything I've tried.

I have a B550 msi tomahawk motherboard
- Bios Updated to latest (not beta)

Its placed in a M_2 slot and shows up in the bios setting in storage, however its not possible to boot up from that device because it Never shows up when UEFI is enabled.

When I enable CSM it shows up in the boot order however I cannot install windows from my bootable flash drive on it because i get an error saying my system does not meet minimum requirements.

Also, when I boot up windows installation in UEFI mode, I can install it on the NVME drive and once the installation is finished, it restarts and then goes on a loop and the brings me back to the installation page and same thing again and again.

My SATA is disconnected and only thing connected is M_2 Nvme.

Also, I have convert the NVME to GPT however that does not make it show in bios.

Only way the NVME shows in bios is when i enable CSM, but when i enable this I cannot install windows using installation media usb.

Im out of things to try can someone please help me.

For the sake of relevance, you're advised to mention the BIOS version. As of this writing, are you on 7C91vAH?

Might want to move the Samsung 990 Evo to M2_1. You're also advised to disconnect all drives except for the one you wish to install the OS onto. What CPU are you paired with the above mentioned motherboard?

Upon the reboot, you can go back into BIOS and set the primary boot device to Windows Boot Manager and disable booting from an USB drive.

Speaking of USB drives, where did you source the installer for your OS?

What CPU are you paired with the above mentioned motherboard? I have a Ryzen 5 5600X and all other drives are disconnected. Sorry the NVME is already is M2_1, however I have never tried it on M2_2.

There is no Windows boot manager option when I go into bios after windows 11 installation from bootable USB. Also when the installation tries restarting, I changed UEFI to CSM and boot with my NVME which is now detects but then when I boot from there it shows the error "Reboot and select proper Boot Device"

Speaking of USB drives, where did you source the installer for your OS? Its sourced from the media creation tool from microsoft

is it possible to install a new windows on the NVME using my Sata HDD when its booted into windows?
No.

You boot from a properly created flash drive, and install with that.
