issue with 1440p monitor

I just got my 1440p monitor and the scaling on windows 10 is horrible too small every thing , I did make it 125% but still every time I opened chrome every thing got small ,the text on my desktop is on each other some how , excuse my English ,please help

Hmmm

You paid extra for a 1440p monitor because it has more pixels... more pixels in the same area means smaller stuff.

If it isn't more than 28" its going to be very tough to use.

My 42" 4k is very difficult to use due to small size of print, but it isn't a problem or "horrible" it is exactly as intended - high detail.
