Hi, I am in need of help regarding my computer. Today, I decided to start overclocking my cpu a bit and wanted to start fairly high and work my way down. So, for starters, I went ahead and started at the stock turbo boost and work my way down. So I set 4.1ghz and set a voltage and went back into windows. Afterwards, I ran a test to see if it was stable and cool, it was stable, but the tempatures were too high for my liking, so I decided to reboot and turn stuff down. Once I did reboot, I tried to go back into my bios by pressing DEL and my screen changes into a black screen with nothing but a white dash on my upper left corner of my screen. I can still boot into windows, but not get into my bios. I tried unplugging USBs and rearanging them, I also unplugged everything but mouse and keyboard. I also went ahead and turned it off for a few minutes to cool down and still, the white dash keeps appearing for every attempt to enter the Bios once again.

CPU: AMD FX-6300
PSU: 550 Corsair
MB: Biostar TA970
RAM: G-Skill Ripjaws X 1600mhz
GPU: (For now) Nvidia GTX 280

Just a question, how exactly are you trying to get into the BIOS? If you're having problems, I'd just suggest hitting restart and immediately mashing the BIOS key until you're in the BIOS. Like non-stop mash that shit.

What voltage did you set?

Also, what do you mean "work your way down" from the stock turbo? You make it sound like you're underclocking your processor.
