Question Issue with CPU and GPU usage dropping

Pretty much as the title says. Anytime I seem to be playing a game on this PC, about 10 minutes in I'll start getting these small short term freezes. The longer I play, the worse it gets. Any ideas on what this could be?

I don't seem to be overheating or anything and my usage looks normal in task manager until the drop.

Are you using a GPU or integrated graphics. If GPU, what model?

The GPU is a gtx 1660 and the processor is a ryzen 7 3700

Try using one RAM stick at a time? not 100% sure though....
