Recently I have been having issues with multiple games crashing and have found no solution and after 2weeks of getting support from wargaming.net I get this

Greetings jvb50m,

My apologies for sending you that repeat recommendation. If you have already updated and manually installed drivers then there is no need to do it again.

The reason your game is crashing now is due to an error that is occurring in the following .DLL file.

MSVCR110.dll

Unfortunately we are unable to assist with this issue past this point since this starts to get into more complicated troubleshooting procedures that are out of our scope of technical support. We apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused but unfortunately we are unable to assist you with this issue past this point.

Please understand that we are only able to assist players with user level computer maintenance, and due to the near infinite amount of possible hardware and software configurations, can't guarantee that we can fix every issue. As much as we would like to help with this issue we don't have any other steps or troubleshooting that we can provide you that you haven't already completed.

We apologize for the frustration that this may cause and hope the above helps you understand our position in this a little better.

Best Regards

,

I have no idea on how i should go about this and any help would be appreciated

cant say ? maybe something wrong with your game ? I assume its a steam type ?? may come down to between you and them ?

''The correct course of action here is, as you say, not to go downloading random dll files from all of the internet but instead work out just which Visual C++ Runtime your program is expecting and install that.

Chances are if it is Explorer that is complaining then it is because a new shell extension or related program is trying to work through it.

You can get the latest redistributables from this page:Latest Supported Visual C++ Downloads

Given that your error is for MSVCP110.dll I would try Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2012 Update 4 i.e the version that lists VC++ 11.0

You'll want to download the version that matches the bit-ness of your program that is throwing the error, which in this case if Explorer is running on 64-bit Windows will be 64-bit. Otherwise you can install the x86 version as well to be safe, the versions can co-exist happily.

Of course what this does not address what actually brought this error to light in the first place, only the course of action that should fix it.

I would hope that you either installed a program that failed to install its dependencies properly or you uninstalled a program that wrongly removed the dll file. Either way it is a poorly created installer or uninstall that is to blame.

Otherwise it could have been wrongly quarantined by an anti virus suite, some program could have moved or removed it for you or, hopefully not, it could possibly be a sign of a malware infection.

The first course of action though should be to reinstall the correct redistributable package which is the correct way to fix this in the first instance. If that does not fix the problem then you need to look deeper and find out why the file is missing.''

http://superuser.com/questions/778589/how-to-fix-the-missing-msvcp110-dll

should be as easy as pie if not then you may have a deeper issue like that guy said ?

did you run sfcscannow ??

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929833

may need to look in to the '' How to manually replace a corrupted system file with a known good copy of the file '' part of that

already did all of the suggested actions... would windows reset fix this?

cant say ?? if all the Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio downloads from Microsoft don't work then ??? they should be installing and updating ??

unless theres something wrong with the game like I said if the game needs it it should be in its files and checks /adds/ or updates the dll file ?

maybe some one else will chime in with better help on that ?

sorry

All of those solutions have been ruled out by the tech support people the game is fine my hardware is fine they say the issue sprouts from direct x or Microsoft visual C++

cant say ? maybe the game is removing or corrupting the file ? maybe something else has goofed it or removed it ? thing is when you run the Visual C++ Runtime from Microsoft it should be replaced and the later one you use it should update any older files as they go then Microsoft gives windows updates as well for them ?

its not like only you ?

and each time it is the same fix '' down load and install Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio ''

sorry
