Question KTWOK Pluto 1TB SATA SSD not recognised, but my old SSD works in same spot with the same cables ?

so, basically, i got a 1 TB HD, and to replace a smaller one I have a secondary HD SSD, via SATA, it shows up in the device manager, it shows up in my Asus B450 plus motherboard TUF Bios, but I can't seem to get it to initialize and format, / show up in Windows 11 or MY Computer, I can't get PC to do anything with it,

I have checked, a few posts out, but nothing was specifically helpful to this situation I have. following are the screenshots of what I see, in Device Manager, I screenshot all the tabs in properties as well, as all events, I just want to have it useable, I believe it is in "RAW" format or w/e, as a normy Pc builder i don't know the extent of a lot unless i follow guides. i am not new to TOMS, i had to make a new account, my old one isn't showing up in my email when I reset PW so I'm just putting out there, that I have been here before.images of what i am seeing
