Issue with mouse not locking to 1st monitor

While gaming in full screen games such as fortnite and dota 2 my mouse is able to move from both monitors while in game.

I have no clue how to fix this...any help would be appreciated

1440p asus primary
1080p random secondary monitor

Newest nvidia drivers gtx 1080 ftw

I have no idea whats the issue, but I have a 2 monitor setup. My primary display has the games (fortnite and dota 2) running full screen. No matter what settings and changes I make the mouse is always able to pass into my second monitor while in full screen gaming,
