Hey guys I have a an issue atm with my TV as a monitor.
I have been using the TV as a monitor for some time now and I have no troubles, I run the TV to a GTX 550ti with an HDMI cord. The screen and the UI of windows lines up perfect when i Select a resolution from the ( PC ) resolutions under display, but when I select ANYTHING from the ( HD , SD section ) I can't see part of the screen/ start bar ec etc )
The tv is Philips 32PFL3506/F7 32-Inch 720p 60Hz LCD HDTV (Black)
Even at 60hz / 720p as the resolution in setup, I cant see all of the screen, and without selecting a HD connection the highest resolution I can access in games and desktop is 1360x768.
I tried checking my Menu-Setup and there are barely any options on this TV, and I saw nothing for OVERSCAN as someone else suggested turning off?
Any help would be huge!
P.S I read something about a service menu and overscan, but it seems that the methods on the internet, 062596 than the info button or the menu button, are not entering the service menu. I am dying to get a better resolution here guys.
