Question Issue with Signblazer 6.0 and Redsail Vinyl plotter

This machine and software have been working fine for the last 2 years, not today when I went to cut out some of my regular decals it just cuts all over the place and randomly.. Instead of cutting " ABC " It cuts lines all over the place.

I have not changed anything on the computer to cause this, Looking for a solution, Im running low on my decals that I need for work

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

UPDATE: Figuring it was a driver issue, i uninstalled the drivers for the USB - Redsail RS800C Plotter, When trying to reinstall drivers windows says it was unable to install drivers

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and OS information.

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for any error codes, warnings, or even informational events regarding Signblazer or the plotter.

Likewise look for any other entries immediately before the problem began.

Did you try reinstalling Signblazer 6.0?
