Question Issue with the image in some programs!

Hi Guys!
I'm strugguling with this issue, i can't confirm if it is a Hardware or Software issue.
Has someone ever seen something like this?
It happens only in some programms, like:
Photoshop, Visual Basic Code, Whatsapp Web App
PS. All the drivers are updated!

Have you tried updating your video driver? Windows 11 and earlier video drivers caused some problems in my computer.

Acctually, this issue was happening even before it was updated!
