you can try these which usually work normally its the wifi card just being a pain it happens i had it happen to the lan adapter in a similar way.

Watch the whole video there are 3 methods

You do not need wwan for methods 2 and 3 cause it's either not being detected or a setting is corrupt

Which is why 2 and 3 are the other options
