I recently decided to move from an 8GB RTX 2060 Super GPU to an RX 7800 XT.
I made sure to use ddu and even took the time to just reinstall Windows.
After updating all drivers my PC seems to struggle with booting.
When restarting, my motherboard just lights orange and my screens are pitch black.
I have to manually power the system off and on for it to boot properly.
When booting It goes from a orange light > Red light > White light > Green light, before eventually booting.

I see 3x different GPUs listed.

Take out your dedicated GPU, hook monitor to MoBo (by using iGPU inside the CPU) and look if system POSTs and boots up normally. If it does, CPU-MoBo-RAM combo works fine.

Then, take your dedicated GPUs, one-by-one and hook them to the build and look how build POSTS and boots.
RTX 2060 Super, RX 7800 XT and RTX 4060. If any of the three has issues, but other two work fine, the one that has issues could be faulty.
