Question issues with constant crashing

i built this pc about 6 months or so ago.
ryzen 7 7700x cpu
thermal take th360 aio 360mm
powercolor rx red devil 7800xt
32gb (2 16gb) 6400mhz team force ram ddr5
msi b650 p wifi pro series
nzxt c1000 psu 80+ gold certified
480gb ssd
4tb hard drive
2tb hard drive
1tb hard drive
(all at about 50% storage)

everything freezes i lose audio then after a minute my pc turns off and reboots
dont know what could be causeing it. maybe not a big enough power supply? i would have though it would have been more than enough.
depening on game determines how long it takes to crash have been having this issue from when i built it .smooth build like all the others ive built but this is the only one to cause me such a headache with why is it doing this?
ive checked system files comes back as good any help please? would be much appreciated

Could it be a Graphics Driver issue? Have you tried updating your drivers or installing a prior version?

in fact i belive it was my bios i noticed my bios version was from 2023 i checked msi and they had a newer 2024 verison out. i updated it early this morning and it seems to have fixed all my issues im having... fixed my issues but not my grammer or spelling
