So I installed an Kraken Z63 onto my i9-12900k, and when I turn my pc on, my cpu begins overheating and I get a warning, after which my pc shuts off. I also get a “CPU fan speed detection error” and I just want to figure this out. I made sure my pump was plugged in into my power supply through sata, i made sure it was making contact, I made sure the fans were connected. When I turn on my pc, my pump or my pump fans dont seem to turn on. Some help would be greatly appreciated. I have a ASUS Prime Z790-V AX motherboard

How old is the AIO? How is the AIO mounted in your case?

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

On second thoughts, when posting a thread of troubleshooting nature, it's customary to include your full system's specs. Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

CPU: Intel i9-12900K (brand new)
CPU Cooler: Kraken Z63 (about a year old, given to me by someone)
Motherboard: ASUS Prime Z790-V AX (brand new)
RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws S5 32GB (2x16GB) (brand new)
SSD: Crucial P3 1TB NVME 3.0 (about a year old)
GPU: Radeon RX 7600 (about a year old)
PSU: Corsair RM750x (about a year old)
Case: Corsair 4000D
OS: Windows 11
Monitor: ASUS TUF GAMING 165 HZ

The Bios Version says its 1645 x64 under BIOS information.
