Issues with Dell monitor

Hi,
about 6 to 7 months ago i bought the Dell U2913WM monitor. at the time i paid € 400,- for it and it didn't dissapoint me at all until a few weeks ago. Whenever my screen is mostly dimmed or black, like in some games during the night. my screen just turns black completely for 3 to 15 seconds only to turn back on like nothing happened. The wierd thing is that i can turn it back on instantly if i open the option menu of the monitor itself. Also the monitor does not actually turn off, the power LED doesn't turn off either. If it did turn off i should hear it disconnect from windows because it has a USB hub built in.
Here is some info about my pc:

- Windows 10
- Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970
- MSI Z97-G45 Gaming motherboard
- 8 GB corsair vengeance pro RAM
- Intel pentium G3258 CPU OC'ed to 4.1 GHz (yes i know it is a huge bottleneck im buying a I5 soon)
- 750 Watt PSU from coolermaster

I have made sure all my drivers are up to date i could try to update the firmware of the monitor itself (if that is even possible)

I think i found the solution to my problem. For some reason my monitor automatically turned on eco mode, and i turned it off and i think it works like it should.
