Question Issues with FB messages

Not sure if this is best place to put this. I am having trouble viewing messages on facebook on a windows machine. I have 2 profiles, 1 is my main and the 2nd is for a page I help manage. Both are on same account.

Currently, when I try to go to view the messages on the 2nd profile, it will not fully open the page. It will open a new browser window. Can only see the stuff on top of the page. The actual messages will not load. This happens on both chrome and firefox. Now if I am able to get the messages to load and I try to reply to someone, the message will have a red exclamation mark saying hasn't been sent. The strange thing about this part is if I am sending the first message, it will go through fine but once they reply and I try to reply back, get the red exclamation mark.

I have tried the fb app on windows and same thing happens. Same thing happens on 2 different computers. I don't have any trouble when using a smartphone.

Tried using the messenger app on windows and am not able to log in. Says unable to complete request.

Was able to get logged in on messenger on a different computer. But it only shows chats for my main profile. Don't see any way to switch to 2nd profile.

I have turned firewall off. I use Malwarebytes premium, turned web and exploit protection off. No difference. Connections are set to private. Also tried Edge with no difference. Tried chrome in safe mode and no difference, still can't load messages on 2nd profile.

How are you trying to do all that?

Per Facebook:

"Log in to additional profiles
You’ll use your existing login information across all of your profiles. When you're logged in to your account, you'll land in your main profile first and can then switch to the profile you want to use. Learn more about the difference between your Facebook account and profiles.
Note: Only Facebook profiles created through your Facebook account are considered additional profiles. If you created a new Facebook account it is separate from your primary account."

Read the Related Articles as well. Especially with respect to switching accounts.

Both profiles are under the same account. To switch profiles, I click the profile pic in the top right and there is a profile pic to the side of main profile pic, not below. Never had any issues until recently and don't think anything has changed, at least not on my end.

They may be aware of some problem and/or a fix.

Or may just quietly fix something and all goes back to normal.....
I have already sent them a report about this a few days ago, included a screenshot as well and have not heard anything back, not sure if I am supposed to. Is there a way to actually call them or do a live chat?

At this point guessing this is not an issue on my end. But will try logging into facebook at a family member's house just to make sure it is not my internet causing issues for some reason.
