Question Issues with led lighting on computer

So I just built my new pc using a asus b450f gaming motherboard. One the top left of the motherboard the led logo lights up but the one that’s covering the fan cooler in the bottom right corner Is not on. Also my led on the front of my pc is not turning on. I have one addressable rgb fan in the rear of my case and that is working fine. My pc comes with a 2 pin fan connector and I plugged that into the fan hub that came included. The fan hub is connected and running the rear fan. Can someone please help me resolve this issue.

Your board does not have a cooler on the area you're referring to, it's a chipset heatsink, there's no fans.

Mind sharing a video of the issue?
