Question Issues with running my ram on 3200

Hi there, I recently bought a new PC (my first one so bear with me) and noticed that my ram runs only on 2133Mhz. So naturally I did some research, dug into my BIOS and found out that the XMP profile was already chosen and the scaler was on Auto 32.00, and from what I read, when the PC boots up it will try to run on the XMP speed (3200Mhz) and if it detects instability, it will automatically choose the default (2133Mhz) (Every time I boot it, CPU-Z and task manager show 2133). Is there something I am doing that isn't right, and can I get 3200 somehow with the system being stable (I also tried manually 3200 and it acted alright for the most part but something was off)? And also, will there be a noticeable impact between 2133 and 3200 if I'm gaming or editing in 4K, is it worth it? Should I try lowering the speed to 2933 or something else? And finally, does a higher speed benefit my CPU/GPU or the opposite?

My Rig:
CPU: AMD - Ryzen 7 2700X 3.7 GHz
Motherboard: Gigabyte - B450 AORUS M Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory
Storage: Samsung - 860 Evo 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Storage: Seagate - Barracuda 2 TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB WINDFORCE OC Video Card

Sorry for the exaggerated questioning, still a newbie to the masterrace🤠

Hey guys, so a quick update, I got some help yesterday in Reddit, and ran a blend test today in prime95 for 2.25 hrs and everything seems to go smooth, I got my ram to work on 2933Mhz which I think is good enough (the difference between 3200 and 2933 is probably minuscule I would guess, but I don't really know). My bios is currently F32(almost newest, from what I read f40 only adds support to 3rd gen Ryzen), I checked out and my specific model isn't on the support list, and my pc was built by the seller so I don't think they screwed up anything (they put it in the 2nd and 4th spot from the left), also the XMP voltage is set on 1.35v and I'm really afraid of playing with voltages and screwing up my pc. Still, if you guys have any tips, please share them🙃
