Issues with USB maybe?

You know the sound your speakers make when you plug something into the USB port or when you unplug something from the USB port? Well, that sounds happens pretty randomly and more frequently on my newest built. Nothing is being plugged in or unplugged and I only have three things plugged in and I've updated drivers, tried different slots and it still happens. I've tried looking up an answer but haven't found anything yet. Might any of you have an idea as to what this could be?

Umm.... I have not heard of speakers making sounds from a USB port, and have not experienced this issue on many different computers.

I am guessing it is either a really crappy on board sound card, or your speaker cable is picking up electrical interference from whatever you are plugging in.
