Issues with Windows 10 stability/motherboard q code "BF" (First Build)

Just built my first PC. I'm having Windows 10 stability issues.. Windows installs fine then eventually crashes and boots up in repair mode. I've reinstalled Windows multiple times, and I keep having the same issue. I have the ASUS Maximus 8 Extreme motherboard which kicks out a q code (BF). I've done some research and I see people talking about vcore voltage issues. How would I go about fixing this if it is the issue? I also updated to the most recent bios. My setup consists of.....

i5 7600k
EVGA 780 Classified
16GBs of Corsair Dominator 4x4
Samsung EVO 970 250GB M.2
Samsung EVO 860 500GB
Corsair H105 AIO cooler

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

According to your motherboards manual, Q code "BF" is reserved for future AMI codes. It indicates nothing.
