A do have a quisten, why dont my amd fx 6300 and my motherbord a MSI 970 Gaming does not support 1600mhz Ram? When a set a XMP profile it crashes in a cople of days ore gets unstable.

What ram do you have? You may have to set the speed and timing manually but first make sure your ram is even capable of 1600mhz.

Click "Memory Modules"

If the exact model/combo of your memory is not on that list (under 1600) its never been tested with the 970 Gaming, that means (based on your results) it won't work in XMP. Any time you buy memory these lists should be consulted to ensure you're buying the correct memory.

Many AM3 motherboards only support XMP profiles if you have 2 DIMMs. If you have 4 DIMMs they don't support XMP.

A have found my tipe of memory on theat list it is CORSAIR CMX8GX3M2A1600C9 1600, but it stil dose not work fore some reason a have 2 sticks (2x4gb) at 1600mhz

Ok so do you have the memory modules in DIMM slots 1 and 3? If you do not turn on XMP does it run at 1600mhz?

Yes it is in the DIMM's 1 and 3 if a dont turn on the xmp it runs at 1333mhz
