i am planing to build a pc for beginner youtube channel.. low budget

so i will need video editor and processing videos..

RYZEN 3 3200G
with Radeon Vega 8
8GB RAM

will be enough for this ?

For best results, you should install matched pairs of memory. Mixing makes/models can produce undesirable results.
