Question It is worth to upgrade GPU?

I wonder if its worth upgrading my gpu from rx 6700xt to rtx 4070ti.

PC SPECS:

MOBO:z390 TOMAHAWK
CPU:i9-9900k not oc
PSU:CORSAIR 850W
GPU:RX6700XT
MEM:32hb DDR4 3600mhz

I am currently playing COD WARZONE 2 and some story games RDR ETC,my monitor is 1080p 240hz,I was wondering if there will be any performance gain if I will make this upgrade also I am planning upgrading everything in the future,but my curiosity is if the i9 9900k can hande the 4070TI.

Your i9 will not be bottlenecking the 4070ti in those games, at those resolutions.
There will be a big difference in performance between the two cards tho, even at 1080p, so if you have the money, I would upgrade to that 4070Ti, also it will future proof your system even if you wanted to up the resolution to 1440p/4k down the line.
