Reasons for changes:
  1. Ryzen 3600X is the go to midrange gaming GPU. It has better per core performance than the i5 as well as higher base and boost clocks. It comes with a decent CPU cooler so unless it gets too loud, you don't need to purchase an aftermarket cooler.
  2. ADATA XPG SX8100 is a very good NVMe drive and will always be faster than a SATA SSD like the MX500. For the extra $15 go with the newer technology.
  3. The RX5700 is about 10% faster than the RTX 2060 at the same price. Going with an RX 5700XT is also an option but will put you closer to your max budget, but you will get about 95% of RTX 2070 Super performance doing that. Here are a couple options for that route: (Fastest RX 5700XT) (ASrock 5700XT) (MSI 5700XT)
  4. Cases are all about personal preference. I have been using Fractal Design cases for a while and they are very nice. The Focus G is a good budget minded case and has some RGB for people who want that.
  5. Need a PSU and your current setup doesn't have that. Right now almost every good PSU is on back order and more expensive than it should be (including the one I selected). A good place to start for an idea of good PSUs: https://forums.tomshardware.com/thr...t-to-avoid-and-psu-discussion-thread.3212332/

Solution
A very nice list of parts.
I would not bother with the H60. Use the budget elsewhere.
I5-9400 comes with an adequate stock cooler.
H60 is not a particularly effective cooler anyhow.
There are some better and cheaper tower type air coolers.
Performance will be better, they will require no maintenance, be more reliable and... will not leak.

Intel 10th gen has been announced and will be out soon.
If you can wait, I would look at them. Intel does not want to lose market to amd so I expect competitive pricing.
