ITX Case that supports 2.5 slot GPU?

I am looking into a Vega 56/2700x build, and I want to put it in a mini ITX case.

I am planning on using the sapphire pulse vega 56:

I really like the Fractal Design Define Nano S (windowed), but I am not sure if a 2.5 slot card will fit. Can anyone tell me if a the pulse will fit in this case?

If not, I would accept all recommendations of similar size and less than $80.

Thanks in advance!

For 20 dollars more, I’d recommend getting a blower style gpu, like this.
https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814930006&ignorebbr=1&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleAdwords-PC-_-pla-_-Video+Cards+-+AMD%2FATI-_-N82E16814930006&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIzL6X196f3gIVEMJkCh25cwMFEAQYBSABEgKrtPD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds I wouldn’t recommend using an open air gpu in a small form factor case.

EDIT: An open air gpu would spread heat throughout the case, making cooling less efficient. A blower gpu would suck air through the air from the case and blow it out into the room it’s placed it’s in.

In this video, Paul is able to run a wind force card in the nano s, given with warmer temps.

Do you think I could get a pulse card in there if I:
A: use an sfx psu to give more breathing room for the gpu
And B: add an additional 140mm fan on the front?

I wish to use the pulse card because it has the best price/performance/noise of all the Vega 56s. The red dragon cards seem like a lottery on whether you will get a good one, and powercolor has horrible customer service if you do get a lemon.

Reviews make me hesitant to buy a blower style cooler since they can be loud under load, and my computer sits less than 18" from me on my desk.

What are your thoughts?

My pc sits about a foot away from my desk, and the fans can get up to 60 decibels, but from that distance you can’t hear it that much. If you’re using headphones then that’s a plus, blocking out the sound. Blower style gpus in an itx case are a more efficient way to cool your pc.

The primary reason I dislike blower coolers is they cost more than the pulse and offer lower clock speeds and less overclock headroom.

I found this case I like, do you think it would better support the pulse card?

I am thinking of switching to a mATX build so that I can support the larger Vega card, and also so I have better thermal performance and upgrade path. I am planning on using either the MSI Gaming Plus AC for an ITX build or the B450 Mortar for an mATX build.

Two in crossfire would be WAY over budget! Should I consider adding in any additional case fans off the bat or can i wait until i decide to overclock my cpu?

I know this is kinda off topic, but what is a good network card to put with the build? Preferably one that won't destroy my aesthetic... i.e. not a bare pcb. Red or Black would be nice.

I recommend the TP Link T6e Archer. It's very good and it catches wifi signal great. The PCB is black and has 2 antennas and includes a heatsink. It's 40 dollars but you won't get any dual band PCIe card under 40 unless you get the ugly ASUS ones with bare PCBs with only single band technology.
