So, I plan on building a computer. Only problem is, I feel like I'm suffering from information overload. Originally I was going to order all of my parts from Newegg, but lately I've been hearing horror stories about them, and I guess they're just not as reliable as they used to be. (Is that true? I'd like to order from them if I can.) I've heard that Amazon is the better option, but their prices are just too expensive when you factor in tax. I plan on using Amazon when I can, but I just can't do it for the majority of the parts.
So, what do I do? Should I ignore what I've heard about Newegg and order my parts from there, or what? I've looked at the other websites on pcpartpicker, but most of the ones I've looked at seem/are really shady. (Superbiiz, NCIX US, etc. Please correct me if I'm wrong.)
Do any of you guys have any recent, personal experiences with any online vendors? Which ones do you recommend?
If it helps, here are the parts that I plan on ordering: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/9XKs99
