Microsoft doesn't sell just the key anymore. You will have to buy the DVD version if you want a legitimate license.

There is nowhere valid or legal that you can buy 'just the key' for Windows 7.

And you really don't need Win 7 Ultimate. ~$200.

It should be pointed out that Tom's Hardware does not support piracy of any kind. We will not provide any license keys of any kind as most of them out there on the internet come from non legit source, you are on your own for that one.
