I've took out my ram then put them in again and now they are not working.

Hello,

I took out my ram to check why one of them wasn't working and when I put them back in they both stopped working altogether. I have limited knowledge in computers and thought it would be a easy task. My computer does not turn on, which is to be expected but this means I have to way to troubleshoot it on my computer.
If anyone could help I would be very great full, many thanks.

Was the computer powered down and all power sources disconnected when you were installing/removing/re-installing the memory?

To my knowlage all power sources were turned off

Make sure your power connections, to the motherboard, are firmly attached. It is easy to dislodge those when installing devices into the motherboard. Also, make sure the power switch on the back of the PSU is in the "on" position.
