ive tried everything imaginable yet still cannot get my toolbar or start option to reapear. in addition my run exe will do not

i need help with this laptop bad i reinstalled and registered windows 7 just the other day and may have missed a few steps. none of my drivers are recognized and i cannot connect to internet to download anything that may help fix this problem. im using an HP Pavilion.

I think reinstalling the windows is the only way, or download the required driver from another computer and copy it to your laptop.

Is the issue with the drivers or something else? Your post and title don't really mach up. What is the "start option" you are talking about?

On a clean Windows setup with no network connectivity, you need to download the drivers on another computer and run them on the one you are working on.
