I've tried EVERYTHING to restart my Service Center & I'm absolutely losing my mind! Someone PLEASE help me!!

Sorry-I didn't know what "thread" meant! Don't laugh at me, please. I more or less taught myself after 2 "so-called" friends sent me a virus in a e-mail saying it was from Chase Bank(in my reg. inbox!) Can you believe it? My husband & I knew the 1 person 7 yrs. & the 2nd 3 yrs. Anyway, I tried that WMI download & that didn't work either-please help me! I can't connect to the internet-what to do? What is a Tag?

Do a virus scan eg Avast and Malwarebytes.

It probably came with an email from them without them knowing. You need to tell them to also do a virus scan.
