James bond blood stone does not open

Some of the games which can actually run on my PC does not open..i mean when i double click it the pointer just runs for some seconds and it stops and the process will be running in the task manager but the game does not open....the james bond blood stone happens this way...i even downloaded once again to check it,but the same happens and when i install the same game in other pc or laptop with low configuration it works fine.Can this problem be solved? Any solutions...Thanks in advance
